The Australian Centre for Social Innovation
The Australian Centre for Social Innovation empowers people to shape the world around them in order to achieve better outcomes for all.
As TACSI grew in size and complexity, they needed better processes and tools to support their growth. Optimi helped TACSI develop fit-for-purpose systems which allowed the team to scale their impact without compromising their human-centred culture.
The Gift Trust
TGT was growing and needed a more efficient donation system that wouldn’t jeopardise the tailored service they offer their clients.
We built a donation management database using Knack that allowed them to easily track all donations made, store important information and give donors more visibility. Thus, data was no longer entered manually and accuracy and tracking improved. We also automated their administration process for donations and donor relations.
Enspiral
Optimi began working with Enspiral in 2015 and has been instrumental in helping Enspiral build a financially sustainable model for running the network.
With our help Enspiral was able to:
• Build a system to create a single source of truth for membership data.
• Improve the subscription processes to allow people to choose their subscription options painlessly, ultimately contributing to more cashflow for the company and a better experience for each subscriber.
• Streamline their process for managing, billing and tracking subscriptions.
• Build a scalable onboarding system and automated communication process for a growing membership.
Edmund Hillary Fellowship
Edmund Hillary Fellowship is a collective of impact entrepreneurs incubating solutions to some of the world’s biggest problems from Aotearoa New Zealand.
As the EHF collective grew, they wanted to create a directory of the Fellows within their network. The challenge was to create a digital directory that easily integrates with EHF’s systems, and allows everyone from staff to Fellows to easily update individual profiles. As EHF’s long-term tech partner Optimi were called on to help.
The end result, a user-friendly system that works for everyone and allows for simple searching of the directory.
