Don't make the mistake of using a spreadsheet-like its a database / business system

Zapier’s blog writers have perfectly articulated an everyday challenge we see. What starts off as a simple task in a basic spreadsheet, grows and morphs in to a beast that gets incredibly unwieldy!

However, if you realise and catch it before it gets too big, without too much fuss, it’s possible to move what you’ve got in to a better system. ie. Zapier + a low code database (like Airtable or Knack) + connections to your other critical tools.
